Firms that are interested in participating in the tenders advertised can access and download the tender
documents from the Public Procurement Information Portal http://www.tenders.go.ke and the Authority’s website: https://ca.go.ke/open-tenders / free of charge.
Further, fi rms who download the tender documents must arrange to forward their particulars/ contacts to
the Head of Procurement, Communications Authority of Kenya, through the email address
tenders@ca.go.ke before the closing date for records and for purposes of receiving clarifi cations and or
addenda, if any. Any addendum, which will be issued, will be uploaded in the CA Website.
Eligible bidders may also inspect and obtain detailed hard copy of the tender documents from the Supply
Chain Management Department 2nd fl oor Wing A at CA Centre along Waiyaki Way, Nairobi, between 9am
